POWER HOUSE CONSTRUCTION

This scope involved a multi-phase operation covering the handling, movement, and installation of critical project components. It included the loading and transportation of 65-ton concrete beams from the storage area to the powerhouse, followed by their precise installation.

The operation also coverered the receipt of engines from a port vessel, coordination of offloading activities, and subsequent transportation of cargo from the port to the project site.

The final phase involves the positioning and installation of heavy equipment using jacking and skidding techniques, ensuring accuracy, stability, and alignment in accordance with engineering specifications.

All activities are executed with strict adherence to safety standards, proper lifting procedures, and effective logistical coordination to ensure timely and damage-free delivery and installation. Layout of the project included:

• Loading & transport of 65-tons concrete beams from storage area to powerhouse for installation
• Installation of concrete beams at power house
• Receiving engines from port vessel
• Transporation of cargo from port to site
• Final installation via jacking and skidding.
