REPLACEMENT OF THE CATALYSTIC CONVERTER FOR AMMONIUM PRODUCTION LINE CLIENT

Performed a complex high-elevation lifting and installation operation within a major industrial processing facility, involving the replacement and installation of critical plant components under full shutdown conditions. The project required extensive engineering coordination, lift planning, and safety management due to the restricted working environment, surrounding process structures, and demanding height requirements within the facility.
To achieve the required lifting radius and vertical reach, the crane configuration incorporated a fixed jib extension mounted on the main boom, allowing the lifting team to safely access elevated installation points within the plant structure. The operation demanded precise crane positioning, advanced rigging arrangements, and continuous load monitoring to maintain stability and operational control throughout all lifting phases.
Given the critical nature of the replacement activities and the proximity to sensitive plant infrastructure, the client implemented a complete plant shutdown to ensure a fully controlled working environment during execution. All lifting activities were carried out under strict safety supervision, coordinated communication, and detailed operational sequencing to ensure safe handling, precise placement, and protection of surrounding equipment and structures.
